Ordering Guidelines

You may place a manual order to Melbourne Perfume Company via our contact form or contact us on Telephone 0427 575 566

All orders must be checked within 24 hours of receipt so that discrepancies may be addressed immediately.

We do not impose a minimum quantity for ordering.

Privacy Guidelines

All orders are processed via PayPal secured payment gateway. Under any circumstance do we have access to your credit card details.
Personal information is collected within our website when you place an order from our online store for the sole purpose of sending your oder to you and provide a receipt at the end of the transaction.

Your information will never be sold or used for marketing purposes outside of the Melbourne Perfume Company. If you have further questions regarding the use of your private information please contact us.

Taxes

GST is included in the prices for all Australian orders. international orders are exempt from GST (Goods and Sales Tax (10%). We are required by law to collect GST for Australian orders.

Shipping & Freight

All orders are despatched immediately to avoid delay and to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. Our current method is with Australia Post.

There is a charge of $6.50 per order to cover freight & handling.

Overseas orders please check with our Export Department for freight charges.

Insurance is not included.

Return Policy

Returns authorised beyond the two week period will be assessed 30% Administration fee.

If an error has been made on your order by Melbourne Perfume Company (MPC), on return of the original goods, MPC will gladly pay for re-shipment of your revised order.

Orders cancelled 24 hours from the time of order placement will incur a 20% Administration fee
